Village Pavelsko is situated at about 800m above the sea level. It is called an entry door to the Heart of Rhodope Mountain. The village is at 2 km away from the main road Plovdiv – Pamporovo – Smolyan. It is an excellent initial point for tourist routes to the tourist rest-houses Pashaliica, Kabata, Persenk, Chudnite Mostove, Skalnite Mostove, Izgrev.
