 Opened in 2005 in close proximity with the ski slopes, Malina Apartment Residence Hotel has the tangible spirit of a classic high-mountain complex, offering wonderful conditions for relaxation, entertainment and sport.
The building is used all year round and has a specific character – it contains service elements, exterior and interior of a mountain hotel, such as a reception, a tea-room, ski equipment, year-round guard and infrastructure.
The lodging comprises 46 luxurious apartments and maisonettes, consisting of one or two bedrooms, a living-room with a fireplace, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower cabin. The whole interior is wooden, painted in light colors. The rooms are functional and the furniture is stylish. The living-room is equipped with a feeding table with four chairs, extensible upholstered furniture, a side-table, cupboards and a wardrobe, and the kitchenette is furnished with an electric oven, a refrigerator, ventilation system and washing machine.
Malina Apartment Residence Hotel also provides underground garage, hydraulic lift, lighting facilities, telephones, fire-precaution installation, grounding, thunderbolt protection and television installation.
