Guest House ‘Perla’ is situated in village Bachkovo, at about 8km away from Asenovgrad, at the main street to Smolyan, close to Bachkovo Monastery.
You can enjoy yourself at the foot of the Rhodope Mountain and at the same time be close to the town. The atmosphere predisposes to complete rest. The house looks out on the mountain. This helps your full relaxation.
There are terrace-garden and barbecue that are above the house level. Two apartments and three neat and cozy rooms with local steam-heating and air-conditioner are available. All the rooms are well-appointed. There are WC, TV and an option for extra beds in each room. One of the apartments has a winter-garden furnished with cane-furniture.
The house restaurant offers barbecue specialties ordered in advance and magnificent panorama. In cold days you can stay at the dining-room with a fireplace. Programs for different event and activities are organized for up to 30 people.

Attraction in the area:
Bachkovo Monastery: It is built up in 1083 by the Georgian brothers Grigorii and Abasii Bakuriani. Now Bachkovo Monastery is a cultural monument of national importance. The Monastery consists of: ossuary (dating form XI century); the church “Svetite Arhangeli” (dating form XII century) and the church “Sveta Troitsa” (dating form XVII century). In Bachkovo Monastery there are models of Bulgarian icon-painting from the period of XI – XIX century. Some of the icons are painted by Zahari Zograf himself. The monastery is open at any time and it is the second largest monastery in Bulgaria after Rila Monastery.
Asen’sFortress: It’s situated at 2 km away from Asenovgrad. It is a medieval Bulgarian fortress named after one of the greatest Bulgarian kings – Tsar Ivan Asen II. During his ruling time the second Bulgarian Kingdom reaches its peak. The church “Sveta Bogorodica Petrichka” (“St. Godmother of Petrich”) is the only part of the fortress that is preserved till now. Inside the church are preserved small mural paintings which date from XIV to XIX century.
KrastovaGora (CrossForest): In central Rhodopes in magnificent nature is situated the monastery “Sveta Troitsa” – Krastova Gora, or as it is marked on the Bulgarian map – Krastov Vrah (Cross Hill). It’s one of the holy places in Bulgaria which the Bulgarians call “Rodopski Jerusalim” (“Rhodope Jerusalem”). According to a legend a part of the Jesus Christ’s cross is buried here in X century.
